We are happy to welcome You in the Silver Hotel Budapest***. We have collected for You the list of services, and facilities our Hotel can offer you in alphabetical order for your kind convenience.

 

 

AIR-CONDITION / HEATING: Each of our guestroom is equipped with individually controlled air-condition and heating system. Please note, that due to environment saving reason all windows have to be properly closed, in order to operate the air-conditioning/heating system.

 

AIRPORT: the Budapest airport is located 20 km away from city center, you can reach it in app. 40-60 minutes driving depending on traffic or with public transport. We are pleased to arrange for you a transfer if you need any help to reach the airport.

 

ADAPTER FOR ELECTRICITY: In case you need an international plug adapter, or different type of phone chargers please ask for those devices at the front desk staff.

 

ATM: The nearest ATM can be found in front of our Hotel, where you can withdraw Hungarian Forint in cash.

 

BABY COT: The Hotel provides free baby cots upon request, together with baby bath tub. Please contact the Reception Team for assistance for those items.

 

BATHROOM’S ITEMS: Mirror, hair dryer, cosmetic paper, glasses, liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel, bath towels serve your comfort in your room. Plastic chair is available on request.

 

BATHROOM AMENITIES: Extra bathroom amenities, ex. shaving kit, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, vanity set, shoe mat, shoehorn, comb,etc. are available at the reception for free of charge.

 

BLANKET: Extra blankets are available at our reception, our colleagues are pleased to bring you those if needed.

 

BED LINEN: We change your bed linen once per every week. Upon request daily change is also available for a surcharge: 5 €-/ change.

 

BEAUTY/BARBER SALON – HAIRDRESSER: Please ask the Reception Team if you need to go to a beauty or barber salon or to an hairdresser, they will help you find the way for you.

 

BREAKFAST: The buffet breakfast awaits our guests on between 8:00 and 10:00 am. The breakfast room located on the -1 floor and is accessible from the reception area by using the stairs.

 

BUSINESS CORNER: The Easy Star Hotel has a business corner with a computer and with printing option.

 

CITY MAP: Please our Reception Team if you would need a city map, or a certain direction or more information about the city.

 

CHARGER: If you forgot at home your device charger, we have for you different options available at the reception desk.

 

CHECK-IN: On the day of arrival your room will be ready as of 14pm. If you wish to arrive earlier and would like to ask for early check-in, a surcharge is payable. For further information our colleagues are standing at your disposal.

 

CHECK-OUT: You are requested to leave your room before 11:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish to leave your room later, a surcharge is payable. In case of departure after 6:00 pm, a full-day room rate will be charged. We have luggage room available, should you plan to leave your luggage with us before your departure.

 

CLEANING: Our Housekeeping team cleans the rooms every day until 15 pm. If you don’t want your room to be cleaned, please mark your room with no do not disturb sign please.

 

COPYING AND SCANING: Our reception colleagues are ready to help you with these type of services upon request.

 

CREDIT CARDS: The following credit cards are accepted: Eurocard /MasterCard, MAESTRO, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express.

 

DOCTOR/DENTIST – MEDICAL EMERGENCY: In case you need medical assistance please contact the Reception Team. We have a first aid kit at the Reception, and we can contact for you a doctor. Pills or medicines we are not allowed to provide.

 

DUVET: For extra duvet please contact our front office team, we are happy to bring you to your room.

ELECTRICITY: All room plugs are working with 220-230 V. In case you need an international plug adapter please contact the Reception.

 

EMERGENCY: In case of fire alarm, please leave the building immediately. Do not use the elevator, use only the stairs. The emergency route is displayed on your door and with signs on corridors.

 

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION: We would like decrease the carbon footprint of our hotel together with your kind assistance. For this reason, we have installed automated systems which help to decrease energy consumption of the building, ex. the air conditioning is not working in case of open window, after you leave your room, it automatically turns electric supply in your guestroom.

In case, you would like to use your towels again, hang them up and we will not replace them on daily basis.

 

FIRST AID: First Aid kit is available at the Reception.

 

FLOWERS: Our reception team can assist you to welcome your bellowed one with a nice flowers  for a special event, please ask the Reception.

 

FORGOT SOMETHING AT HOME? Can be taken from the Reception: toothbrush + toothpaste, shaving kit, sewing kit, vanity set, and umbrella.

 

INTERNET CORNER: You can access free of charge internet in our business corner computers at the lobby.

 

IRONING: Iron and iron board is available upon request. Please contact our colleagues at the Reception, and we are pleased to bring those items to your guestroom.

 

LAUNDRY / IRONING / DRY CLEANING: Laundry price list and laundry bag can be found in the wardrobe of your room. If you need the cleaning/laundry service for the same day, please bring your clothes to the Reception before 9:00 am, they will be ready till 18pm. Laundry service is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, public or bank holidays.

 

LOST AND FOUND: Please contact the hotel for lost/forgotten/found items. We keep those items for you for three months after departure.

 

LUGGAGE ROOM: If you wish to leave your luggage in the hotel after moving out of your room, the luggage room at the Reception desk is at your disposal free of charge.

 

MINIBAR: Price list can be found in your TV-guide under the section “hotel information”. The minibar is checked and filled up on daily basis. Your consumption will be charged to your room bill that you need to settle at check out.

 

PETS/ANIMALS: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.

 

PHARMACY: Please ask our reception team to help you find the closest pharmacy.

 

PRINTING: Our reception colleagues are ready to help you with these type of services upon request.

 

PILLOW: Extra pillows or single duvets can be requested at the Reception desk. You can choose different types of pillows (roller, ergonomic, hugging pillow) single duvet. Pillow menu is placed in your guestroom.

 

PORTERAGE: please arrange your porterage request with reservation team prior to your arrival.

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Please ask the Receptionist colleagues for more information about public transport possibilities, our colleagues will show you the way to the nearest metro/tram/train station or can assist with tickets.

 

RECEPTION: Our reception desk is available 24-hours a day.

 

RENT-A-CAR: We can assist you to rent a suitable car during your stay in Budapest, please ask our colleagues at the reception for further details.

 

RESTAURANT: The hotel does not have an own restaurant, please feel free to ask to the Reception team to help you find for you the best restaurant and bar choice near the hotel. You can also find a quick restaurants and bars choice under the section “dining nearby”.

 

SAFE/SAFETY BOX: Safety box is available free of charge in the wardrobe of your room. Detailed guideline how to close/open it you can find on the safe. The hotel takes no responsibility for valuables left in the guest rooms and in the lobby.

 

SEWING KIT: In case you need help, please turn our receptionists.

 

SHOE CLEANING KIT: Shoe cleaning kit is available at the reception.

 

SHUTTLE SERVICE: Our front desk team can help you to book a suitable shuttle service to the airport.

 

SIGHTSEEING TOURS: Sightseeing tours and private guided tours can be booked at the Reception.

 

SMOKING: Smoking is forbidden in the entire Hotel, according to the Hungarian Law, and outside up to 5 meters from the main entrance. Designated smoking area can be found in the garden only.

 

SUPPLY OF TOILETRIES: Mouthwash and vanity kit are available at the reception.

 

TABLE RESERVATION: You can choose from a wide variety of nice restaurants in the city with the help of the front office team. You will also find a quick restaurants choice under the section “dining nearby”

 

TAXI and TRANSFER: If you would like to order a taxi, or would have special transfer request, our colleagues at the reception desk will be ready to help you.

TV/RADIO: TV and radio channels can be found in the TV guide.

 

TOWELS: We change the towels automatically every third day. Towels placed on the floor will be changed on a daily basis. Please help us to save the environment with hanging your towels on the towel driers.

WAKE – UP SERVICE: You can order it through the Reception.

 

WATER: Tap water in Hungary is drinkable everywhere, however you can also find a bottle of mineral water in your room.

 

WIFI ACCESS: There is a free wireless internet (Wi-Fi) connection available in the hotel, as well in the public area’s as in the rooms. Our colleagues will be happy to help you set up the Wi-Fi on your devices.
